What makes a successful letterbox drop?
- BE DIFFERENT: If you do what everyone else does you will achieve average results. Be different and stand out!
- CONTENT: It is not enough to state your business name and address. Try promoting a well priced product from your range to get a better response.
- RETENTION: Give them something they will keep. A flyer that will be filed for reference because it contains useful information has a longer life and greater benefit.
- FREQUENCY: Get your name known! It takes more than once. Your clientele will think of YOU when looking for someone in YOUR industry.
- DON'T CLUTTER YOUR FLYER! Simple direct statements work best- make a great first impression. You only have 3-5 seconds to capture their attention.
- DO MORE WITH LESS: Talk to your neighbours. Print a flyer for more than one business –this will save you money!
PRICE INCLUSIONS
The prices quoted include the following:
- Premium rates to be paid to walkers in areas where the terrain is hilly and/ordistribution is difficult.
- Distribution of each item to residential or business letterboxes in each of the areas as specified by the client.
- Auditing - This is available in most distribution areas. Independent people email us when a pamphlet is received in their letterbox. This is the basis of our exclusive email auditing service (available in most areas.) Due to Privacy Laws, this information cannot be made available to clients without the express written permission of the person participating in our auditing program. Auditing statistics can be made available, however any personal information pertaining to the auditor will be removed.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Our terms require that:
- All material must be delivered to one of our premises, no later than three days prior to the start date.
- When booking a distribution date, please allow +/- 3 days for any unforeseeable delay (e.g. bad weather and other unforeseeable circumstances).
Complaints Policy
- Vicki’s Network takes all complaints seriously.
- Should there be any complaints a thorough investigation will be made by Vicki’s Network.
- Complaints MUST be received within 7 days of completion of the distribution in order for Vicki’s Network to verify and investigate.
- Given that the complaint is received within the specified timeframe, Vicki’s Network will undertake the following steps to resolve this complaint within 24- 48 hours (weather and circumstances permitting):
- Immediately dispatch a supervisor to the street where the complaint was received.
- Obtain independent eye-witness accounts of the complaint or otherwise.
- Send audit report or telephone canvas report to client.
- Manager will assess report and forward to client with a resolution.
Any complaints received after the deadline will not be investigated.
Payment
- Payment terms are strictly 7 days.
- We accept cash, cheque and direct transfer to our bank account.
- All quoted prices include GST
